Returns policy

At Lazy Dayz we are happy to take back any bag or accessory within 14 days of receiving your item. Customer must provide proof of purchase from our e-shop, such as the order number, receipt, mail etc.

The item must be returned in original condition to qualify for a refund. By original condition, we mean that hang tags should be still attached and no animal or human hair, fragrances, odors or stains of any sort should be visible.

Shipping fees are not refunded and are paid by the buyer, unless we’ve sent you a faulty item. In this case, shipping expenses are on us, provided that you’ve informed us as soon as you’ve received the item and that you have provided a photograph where the flaw is indicated.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective. Damaged items whilst in transit, are not qualified for return or refund, we always ensure to package your order carefully.

For international customers, please note that you have to send the item accompanied with a tracking number, we do not accept non trackable dispatches.
