Order Placement and Terms of Cooperation
Orders
The preferred method for placing an order is through the B2B page on the website. However, orders can also be placed by phone, via email, or by message on Viber, at the number 6934.642.003. Orders should include the expected delivery time for your better service and to help us organize production. Orders are processed in the order they are received, so it is advisable to place them in advance to avoid delays in your deliveries!
For large orders, please be aware that deliveries will be made in stages, usually in 2 phases, to avoid stockouts in your store until the remaining products are completed. If only a few items are pending in an order, they will be shipped at our expense once completed.
Shipping
Goods are delivered via ACS courier, and in specific cases, by agreement and if payment has been made by deposit, via Speedex. If a customer has an account with a third-party company, they can arrange for pickup from our location by their chosen company. This option is available if payment has been made in advance by deposit. For international shipments, delivery is made either via ELTA or DPD, depending on the destination country. Pickup from our location is also possible by arrangement.
Shipping costs and responsibility lie with the ordering party. Any delays or issues arising from distribution companies related to delivery are not our responsibility. However, we always support our customers to ensure their orders are delivered in the best and safest manner.
Returns
No returns of money or products are accepted for wholesale orders. Product returns are only accepted in cases where a defective product has been sent. In such cases, we will handle the return at our shipping expense and proceed with either repair or replacement.
Payment Methods
Payment for goods can be made either by bank deposit before shipping or by cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is not charged extra for packages over 2 kg.
Active Customers
A wholesale customer is a retailer who purchases codes each year and updates their physical or online store with new products.
The company reserves the right to have sales points without exclusivity, which is established over time and determined by the nature of the cooperation. Kilometer distances are kept within reasonable limits, but this does not imply the existence of a single store with minimal pieces of our collections at a single location. The company also reserves the right to politely refuse new cooperation if it is deemed to be very close to an existing partner store.
Supporting our customers, we maintain a policy without a minimum order requirement, understanding seasonal and location-specific needs. However, we request reasonable management of the conditions of each cooperation. Customers who intentionally declare a false final destination for the goods compared to the actual place of sale are automatically removed, and any cooperation is terminated immediately and irrevocably.
Online Stores
There is no restriction regarding the location of the business headquarters for online stores. If an online store also has a physical store near a cooperating store, it can obtain our products as long as they are not available at the physical store. If this term is violated, cooperation with the store will be immediately and irrevocably terminated.
Photos on our online store are available to all wholesale customers, as well as descriptions, product names, etc. They are always of high resolution to be used for professional purposes, and we ensure they are accurate to the extent possible. The photos reflect the initial samples and first production, and there might be small, imperceptible differences in products due to the handmade nature of production. For online stores, where the product photo must exactly match the received product, the display of correct photos is the responsibility of the wholesale customer and does not burden the company.
Pricing
The minimum allowed retail prices are those displayed on our online store and apply to other online stores to prevent unfair competition. Prices on online stores may naturally be reduced during sales and promotions. Prices in physical stores are not subject to the same restrictions as online stores, within reasonable limits.
Wholesale prices in the wholesale catalog do not include VAT and do not change during the season.
Discounts
There is no room for discounting current season items, regardless of the payment method. This option is only available to active customers for stock from previous seasons, as all items are made to order.
Cancellations
All products selected for a wholesale order are made exclusively for the customer after the order is placed. Since we do not require a deposit when placing an order, cancellation of an order that is in production is a clear reason for terminating the cooperation.
